As a team of five chefs, we went on an exploration trip to the main cities of Punjab to merge with the local culture, food, love and warmth of its people. Right from the
morning gobhi parantha and badam doodh at the local eateries to enjoying the evening with notorious Patiala peg and local produce cooked over tandoors, we embraced the warm culture of fun and happiness of the lively Punjabis.

Gin 'o' clock
Punjab Grill and Tanqueray came together to celebrate Gin o'clock at the Khan Market outlet on 28th June 2019. Unlimited Tanqueray Gin and Tonic was served, with a lavish 3 course meal. A performance by "The Innayat Band" added a hit of soulful music to the fun filled feast.
