Chef Gurpreet Singh Gehdu
With a strong background in Food Production and an education in Hospitality, Chef Gurpreet started his professional journey at the age of 19 by assisting some of the best-known chefs in Delhi. Having worked with globally renowned hotel chains such as Radisson, The Park, and Raffles, Gurpreet has grasped the fine nuances of Indian andinternational cuisine in just over a decade of his professional life.
With Punjab Grill, Gurpreet has taken his love for Indian cuisine to new heights with keen focus on molecular gastronomy.
Over the past year, he has helped engineer some of the most unique flavours that Punjab Grill is known for. Gurpreet has been responsible for maintaining the culinary standards across all Punjab Grill restaurants in conjunction with his team of special chefs, and has emerged as one of the finest Indian chefs in the burgeoning food landscape of the nation.
‘Punjab Grill Tappa’ will be Gurpreet’s first venture as an entrepreneur in collaboration with Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd.
Chef Vijay Sethi
An innovative and inspiring visionary, Master Chef Vijay Sethi specializes in quality procedures and regulations. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality Industry,Chef Vijay Sethi has achieved international recognition.He is an expert at handling high pressure environments while making gourmets for the connoisseurs of good taste and healthy taste buds.
As a Chef De Partie, he has executed special menus for various VIP functions. In a career spanning more than a decade, Master Chef Sethi has been honored with many accolades. The accolades include an award at the Regional Indian Cuisine Display at AHAAR 2012, followed by an award for Best Innovation in Indian Kebab at The Great Taste War held in 2012.
Before coming onboard with Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd., Chef Vijay had worked in close association with renowned hosts like The Lalit, New Delhi Palace Restaurant, The Grand, among others.
